 5.7 Internal Audits verifies that the supplier maintains a defined audit schedule, assigns competent auditors to conduct assessments, and ensures all findings are tracked through to closure in accordance with API Q1 Clause 9.2 and API Q2 Clause 9.2 requirements. 

 5.8 Corrective & Preventive Action evaluates whether the supplier has established a non-conformance report (NCR) system, performs root cause analysis to identify underlying issues, and verifies the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented, ensuring compliance with API Q1 Clause 10 and API Q2 Clause 10 requirements. 

 Section D – Client-Specific Requirements confirms verification against all project-specific expectations, including technical specifications, contractual obligations, reporting requirements, personnel qualifications, HSE requirements, and documentation/certification mandates to ensure the supplier's systems align with unique client expectations beyond standard API specifications.
