I’m a problem solver in QA/QC related matters

Over the past two decades in the oil and gas industry, I have developed comprehensive knowledge, technical expertise, and practical experience in quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC). Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to collaborative problem-solving, actively supporting the achievement of project goals and organizational objectives.


Critically, I have identified persistent inefficiencies within industry-wide systems and process — many of which I regard as outdated. These legacy practices frequently contribute to significant cost overruns, eroding bottom-line profitability, particularly for asset holders.


In response to these challenges, and following several years of dedicated development, I established Verification Management Systems (VMS). VMS is purpose-built to reduce inspection-related expenditures, enhance competency management, and drive operational efficiencies across the sector.


The initial phase of VMS development focused on Temporary Equipment management, a historically fragmented and inefficient segment of the Australian market. Since its commercial launch in 2022, the platform has gained strong traction and is now utilized by a range of industry organizations.


My vision is to move beyond the traditional inspection model by delivering practical, compliance-ready solutions that reduce Non-Productive Time (NPT), eliminate redundant verification costs, and modernize entrenched workflows.


Unlike conventional inspection agencies, VMS operates independently and is not incentivized by volume-based inspection activity. Instead, our business model is anchored in efficiency—reducing third-party costs, minimizing scope creep, and addressing the financial impacts of vendor process gaps and competency shortfalls.


I am confident that VMS offers the right platform and tools to facilitate this transformation, and I look forward to delivering sustainable, long-term value to the energy sector.
